A deterministic verifier treats reaching the flag in scoped tasks as proof that a forbidden action occurred; an agentic judge reviews the remaining trajectories, with its recall audited against 100 call-by-call human labels and a blinded sample. The authors report 331 violations caught by the judge beyond those proven mechanically.
